Punish AFKers/leavers in solo que, not their victim team mates

I just lost 20 league points because our Jayce DCed at level 9. Why?

Why am I getting punished because somebody else has connection issues? Why are my teammates being punished because somebody has connection issues? There is NO reason for it and it is completely unfair.

Here's what I suggest:

If a player Disconnects/afks/ragequits/leaves a solo que ranked game for ANY reason and that player's team loses the other players on that player's team should receive loss forgiven HOWEVER the player that left AND THEIR DUO PARTNER IF APPLICABLE should immediately lose the equivalent league points to what their team mates would have lost. This means that the other 3-4 players receive loss forgiven, but the ragequit/afk/disconnect player loses 60 league points (assuming the other players would have lost 15 each. If somebody loses 20 like I just did, that Dbag loses the 20 instead). If a player is at 0 league points and this happens it should be instant automatic demotion. If that player is in a promo they should automatically lose that series and the aforementioned 60 league points.

I'm sick of this. I play well, I try to be positive and this garbage happens.
