Thanks for the slight nod, rammus needs to be buffed differently

Lowering the mana cost on powerball was a long time coming like yrs ago. What he really needs is a fix to his armor scaling (bring it up!) and puncturing taunt to have an ms effect like armor piercing. Also the cool downs on his abilities are so effing long that it's ridiculous, think about it, he can't farm with those mincy little arms of his, he makes gold by ganks, make his ult slow everyone 85% whilst in his ult and stun those that ride it out completely.

His delay on powerball spin up is stupid and unnecessary as well as the delay on defensive curl, wtf are you guys thinking.
