Patch 6.11
after reading the patch notes i had some ideas.

zed i get that you are trying to nerf his poke which should be, but you also mentioned that they should excel at diving enemies. the problem i have with his change is that you are nerfing his damage overall but the extra shuriken dmg wont be that great cause in most cases you dont land that many. imo the change should be nerfing/buffing his shadow dmg depending on how close he is to it. because thats how he pokes, by sending a shadow. so when he is right beside his shadow make it do like 120% at max spawn or further range do like 70% dmg. that way its more dmg if the main zed hits a target. also if you wanna change his playstyle a bit, make it so he can shadow during his ult, so that he can ult and shadow making him more dive worthy.

the ninja tabi is under bought but i dont think increasing basic attack dmg block by 2% is gonna help all that much. if you wanted me to buy it more often as a tank item i would rather have it at 10% block dmg with an active that lasts 1 second cooldown 20 seconds that blocks fully the next basic attack. that way if i know a strong hit like jihn's fourth shot or cait's headshot is incoming i would proc it. or if you want to fit the name of a ninja more i would suggest plus 10% movespeed in brush
but i know these numbers seem a little unbalanced. this comment was more for the idea of the change not the exact numbers
