About illaoi...

So recently i've played alot against illaoi top with kleptomancy, and I am baffled. Honestly, to play against her feels like playing against pantheon, but worst.

She gets percentage scalings AND considerable AD scalings which means if she wants to rush a tank item she can still duel you! Illaoi's base AD is super high, so high that sterak's gage is almost an unquestionable purchase.

All of her abilities have such low cooldowns, I've had moments where i deactivate Test of Spirit, only to walk back to cs under tower and have it proc'd on me AGAIN.

The worst part about her laning phase is how hard it is to fight a snowball. once her tentacles latch on to the walls nearer to your turret, she has full reign. screw jungle ganks, she has an unstoppable ult but even without it, the healing she gets from hitting multiple people is disheartening to say the least.

Even out of lane, whatever area she ults in a teamfight becomes a HUGE STOP SIGN, TURN BACK, DO NOT ENTER.

Please refrain from saying "Just dodge her Test of Spirit" dodging is generally a good thing to do and we all know it, but I'm factoring in the fact that she's going to hit it atleast ONCE and your spirit is going to get hit by atleast 2 tentacles. Oh, and Kleptomancy procs on your spirit which i find ridiculous.
