How do you "counter" life steal?

Me and a friend regularly 1v1 as our mains (Zed vs Yasuo (aka cancer)) I usually go with these items: and then add whatever i think i need depending on the situation. Recently though I've been wondering if there is a counter the whole "lifesteal" thing. It's not really that OP that i really NEED to find a counter. Probably cuz I'm so bad at this game but, how could I reduce the life steal? All I know that would work is ignite, right? :I

Oh yeah and Mundo's heal is OP I there an item for that? Since the winter skin is coming out I've seen more in my games one is more than zero amirite :^)

AD Item item 3123 into item 3033

AP Item item 3165

Exchange item 3036 for item 3033

Build armor instead of health if you can. If they deal less damage, they get less health.

Ignite basically guarantees the kill against someone who has invested heavily in lifesteal.

If you want to destroy him in 1v1, just get item 3047 item 3075 on a normal occasion, just buy any other GW item depending on your champion

Tysm guys! I tried all of your recommendations (and yes, ignite too) and it worked pretty damn well. Just ignite before I go all in and its all good. Usually, I'd use it to kill people with low health early game, but hey found a new use today :P Plus armour and some gw stuff, then AP? or smth idk. Thanks again [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Cant vote because none of the options fit.

LifeSteal is out of control. EVERYONE can get 15% from RH. Then 12% from BotRK 20% from Bloodthirster 15% from Deaths Dance (that works with True damage) 15% from Gunblade 10% from 2-3 other uncommon items

Then 18?% from the precision tree

GW does not counter it. It lesses it but when they are healing for 40+% GW does nothing.
