This might just be because I'm a silver scrub but it feels like pantheon early game has very few weaknesses to try to exploit. his mana pool is fairly large he has good poke sustain and all in as well as low cooldowns. his roam potential is excellent as well as his snowball potential. so could someone give me some advice on how to counter him?

fight him during cannon waves, the cannon minion pops his passive letting you trade with him.
if you're playing a tank get armor marks, armor seals, and armor quints. ask for ganks.
Just gotta have a lot of patience laning against him.
