Hmm...... I'll try. Though I'll focus more on supporting because I know it much more and that it's commonly misconceptualized.
#On item builds:
- Don't get CDR boots unless you're planning on going for the early CDR rush and that you don't care about having less items. Because literally every support item is slapped on with CDR, that ~10% on boots is like.... overkill. I mean, you're kinda buying useless stats, and practically any other boot can replace that.
- Things like Rabadon's on supports is pretty much a no-no, unless you're 1) super filthy rich AND 2) not dying. You don't get it on supports not because it's expensive, but because there's much better things to invest on such as defense/sustain purposes (and that alone is important on peelers) at a much lower cost, than plain numbers that scale.
- Do not skip vision, and try not to delay building them. That's a little bit self-explanatory since people love botlane as it's pretty much "go there for free kills". Does not have to be the first thing you buy after backing for the first time, but should be built no later than after getting boots + level 2 gold item.
- Once you have the sightstone, make sure to switch out your trinket to something else other than the yellow one unless you are camping in lane for a long time. Denying vision is just as important as providing vision, and I mean, free gold for you too!
#On general supporting tips:
I probably won't get to watch your plays but it seems like you're not dying. It's not bad, but when your teammates are dying way more often, resulting in a loss? Then that could be a problem and that you're not really peeling correctly, or ran away when you're supposed to man up a bit and do something. Sometimes it's okay to die as well, because often, enemies would use all of their important spells on YOU, and nothing left for your carries so they ended up living and carrying. As Bard/Braum/Janna, it's easy for them to pull that off and get out alive.
Though main point, you really have to decide which teammates are more important and therefore should give them peels, and that peeling the wrong targets could cost your team a lot. That "important teammate" does not have to be your ADC, if anything, even bursty mages and mobile fighters can be peel-worthy targets.
I don't know how often you roam, but it is very dependent on the team comp and even just whoever you picked. And that you have to keep it in complete under control, because a failed roam costs not only your missed EXP and therefore levels, but as well as your teammates'. If you don't know what everyone will gain/lose from you roaming, starter advice: you're better off not doing it or keeping it to a minimum.
It's kinda hard to analyze on what exactly you should improve on by just looking your match history alone, but I'm open to any more questions.
