Elo Boosting

So Im only playing at level 20 on my account. Im tired of Playing against people from higher elos that have level 30 and are already ranked. The other day i played someone who was ranked platinum on their account. And then I continue to get players who are high bronze-high silver cause theyre helping their friend level up faster. I think that Riot needs to work on their matchmaking skills. If someone wants to play with their friend who is over level 30 and a respectable rank, let him go play that elo and not put the experienced player in the lower elo making it harder for us to win and gain xp. Seriously Riot. You keep treating your customers like shit and soon you wont have any. Game is going in the shitter real fast. And as a new player I will definitely not recommend this game to anyone until its worth the recommendation
