His 12% maximum health damage (at the minimum) passive is pretty OP. Thinks about all the other skills that do that kind of damage. Now how many of them are just a passive?

also game play doesnt fucking reflect game knowledge, i have red pretty much everything there is to read about league. i dont play ranked cause i hate having all the dumb fucks bitching about shit they think is broken when in reality isnt, its just cause that player knows the champion a lot better than the opponent. Also if you die you fucking under estimated your opponent so theres that too
