Bug? Didn't get a Garen shard when I leveled up.

So when the system changed to BE and we got champion capsules on level up. I noticed a trend. I was getting quite a bit of Garen shards. Every level up I would get at least one Garen shard. sometimes 2 and even THREE. (PogChamp) But this level up I didn't get a Garen shard. It's alarming to me I think teh system may already be bugging out. I actually got a champ worth 3150 BE as well. Like what?

You know there are something certain in life. It's calming and soothing when things go the way you expect. Life, death, taxes, breathing, and getting Garen shards in your level up. I expect these things. But the last one didn't happen. I can't help but feel its a precursor to something bad. be on the look out guys.
