what happens here is the perfect amount of characters are entered so the message is sent over to the next line, and the guy had it set up to look like it was another message.
Wukong's doing a chat trick. He's basically spamming space bar until the chat message gain a second row, then typing in a time stamp and name to create "fake messages" or whatever you want to call them. It's really not that complicated.
Send in a support ticket with the info under "I have a question about league of legends" and they will look into it. nvm the trolls are apparently out.
