Didn't Thresh have this quote before?
"Whip them back into shape." He never says it anymore and it's not on the Wiki. Why was it removed?

I don't think it was ever there.
You are probably mistaking it with Malacath's quote in Skyrim, when you complete The Cursed Tribe. "To lash this stronghold back into shape!"
Whether you are or not, Thresh never had that quote.
I have never heard him say that
