That's not a one-shot. One shot means ONE ABILITY. If it took his entire rotation and you let him waltz up with a giant snowball, that's on you. Surviving an enemy's full rotation with 1/5th of your HP is something you should be happy about, not complaining.

Considering Nunu's full level 4 combo with a max snowball only deals 424 damage, not even accounting for the enemy's MR, and not counting the fact he can't get it to max easily as support you're complaining about nothing.

If he is building damage and nuking you, then he isn't a support, if he is building no damage and nuking you, you need to either get better and dodge OR get MR.

I am guessing he is level 4 and about 10 levels behind the support as a jungler at that point in the game and has spent most of it dying 10 times to raptor camp.
