Based off your last 20 games, you die too much and your kill participation is too low to climb

Die less. It's the first step. It sounds silly, but it's true.

4 typical things low ELOs fail on

  1. Map awareness
  2. Positioning
  3. CS
  4. Mid game shot calling & rotations

Improve on those 4 and you'll get out.

The biggest thing holding you back is what you are playing. I am not talking about Graves by the way, you like I used to, play too many different champions and they cover every role. A lot of these champions aren't working for you, same goes role-wise. I recommend playing jungle and top. Try some more Yasuo, and try to perfect your Graves. Also, consider trying out new champions in normal matches. People will find ways to carry with anything, but I think finding tanky junglers would be beneficial to your climb, same goes for top laners. Another tip would be trying to find what works for you in lane. If playing aggressive leads to you feeding, try to find other ways to win lane, like good trading, farming, learning zones, and roaming. Lastly, experience is your best friend. If you know all of your lane match ups, player tendencies, power spikes, and pretty much anything else that can be put into the category of game-knowledge you will have a big advantage over the rest of the players. I would suggest playing some normals, although not rewarding, they can help you learn the game while avoiding lost LP/demotions. Also, I am pretty sure that matchmaking tries to put you with players with similar ranked games. This means you can get horrible team mates who are stuck, or face one tricks, where banning/playing against them will be more difficult.
