Does this happen to anyone else?

So you're in game. 3 minutes in, your team has fed 4 kills. You see where this is going but you hold onto hope. It's 10 minutes in and the score is 2-12 in favor of the enemy team. They have one tower and your team has none. All your hope is gone. You're already thinking about the next game. 15 minutes rolls around and the score is now 3-22. You call for that surrender vote. Your idiot 0-7 mid laner spouts some nonsense about not surrendering ranked games. The vote fails. You know it's over but you try anyway. Your team isn't ready to surrender yet so you painfully carry on. You and your team fight on feed like crazy for the next 5 minutes trying to pull off the impossible but to no avail. The score is now 3-31 and your team is down to inhibitor towers. You have no Dragons while the enemy team has 3. Your team hasn't even got a single tower. You call for that surrender vote. It fails 3 to 2. You ask why and you're met with unspeakable hostility. One guy says how he never surrenders ranked games, another calls you a shit eating noob that likes to give up quickly. They just dump a whole lot of blame and abuse on you for the unfortunate circumstance of the game. 5 minutes later the game ends anyway. The final score is 5-36 and your team has only gotten a single tower. Your team begs the enemy team to report you in the post game lobby and everyone moves on.

You queue up and get into another game. 1 minute in, the enemy team invades your team. They fuck really bad. The score is now 4-1 in favor of your team. You all get to your lanes. It's now 5 minutes in. The announcer alters you to a triple kill, you look across and it's your bot lane shitting on the enemy bot lane and the enemy jungler after the jungler attempts something resembling a gank. 5 minutes into the game it's 7-1 and you're feeling good. About 2 minutes after, the enemy jungler ganks your lane. All looks hopeless as you prepare for the inevitable death. Just as they jump on you, you noticed that your mid laner is right behind them and your own jungler is only a few seconds away as well. You're excited at the prospect of having an actual good team that know how to play. The skirmish is brutal with abilities just flying all over the place but in the end you walk away with a double kill. Now you're strong. 12 minutes into the game, the score is 12-4 in favor of your team. You guys got Rift Herald and a Dragon. You're dominating your lane. Your team is making plays and it's working. You're having fun and look forward to the next 20 minutes of this match. 15 minutes roll around and you're just about to attempt a flashy 2v1 dive in mid lane because you're fed. You wonder whether it would work or not. You're excited to try. You're also thinking trying out this new build and you can't wait for the late game to see how your new build performs. Just as you were about to dive. You see it. The enemy team has surrendered 5 to 0. All your fun has just ended. You never got to try your flashy play. You never got to finish and try your build.

Now you're extremely fuckin annoyed. You're wondering why didn't the enemy team get those same kind of assholes you got just a game ago. You're wondering why it is these assholes are always on your team and never the enemy team. Every time you lose a game, it's because the enemy team has killed your Nexus but when you win it's because they surrendered. You feel cheated.
