Yall really think that because you dont spend money that you are placed with shit players? You ever think that their are so many of those type of players that not getting one is actually harder than getting one?
I dropped euros euros on skins once because I wanted the steel legion Garen and woad Darius so badly.
Suddenly my win rate went up 3 divisions. I'm not shittting you. I wondered at the time if it was related, perhaps to a small % skew in matchmaking to my favour.
I mean Garen not banned. Darius not banned. Always vs melee champs. No team feeder?
I don't believe in coincidences to that scale.
I also want to add some streamers absolutely suck and are way higher than their skillset but luck out so often. Getting more jungler ganks, having bad enemy laners, getting bots that don't feed yet making mistakes that at low elo would get them penalised to badly.
They're often gifted donations for skins and such. High volume purchases etc.

yeah it's actually already happened, rito have the patents publicly available too. when you buy a legendary or prestige skin then your account gets graded up a tier and you get matched with pretty good players. 2 months later the shine fades and you have yo top-up as it were.
