Neeko disguise flaw.
When Neeko disguise as a champion you can go to tab, if you see the question mark beside their champion then it is neeko. Idk if this is intended or not but yeah..

It's easy to tell wich one is Neeko as Neeko can't use ability, if you see a champion and they never use ability it's Neeko. Everyone use ability often, but when someone doesn't and you have a Neeko in your game, you got your hint.
