anyone with a pick rate above 6% and a win rate over 50% should be nerfed and thats what the balance team should be doing not buffing them
No he needs a rework because he is, by far, the most boring champion in the game. When I first started playing I would forget to use his E or turn off his W because I could regen faster than my W would hurt and his E felt useless compared to his Q. He needs abilities that scale off his total health. The more health he has the less he regenerates, the more damage he deals - is my 2 cents about the direction he needs to be in. There was a time where if you had 20% CD and rank 3 ult his ult would come off CD right after it finished and you were unkillable and bored unless you got 5 manned by a team with all ignites.
