What lanes can Fiora do?
In my opinion she is too squishy for top and unless i build mostly tank she gets squished like a bug

I heard she can jungle
She is a very capable top laner you just need more practice in dueling against her matchups. She can also go mid lane sometimes jungle.

Yes, and so is 
But that's not really the point. To master Fiora, you need patience for your W to work, and caution whenever you try to cs or the idiotic opponent tries to poke you down. Smart plays creates master carry.
