Impossible counterjungle

I am at a loss...I've never fed this much in my entire life What does one do when the enemy jungler won't leave you alone no matter where you go? My team never really helped out and when I tried to go into his jungle cause he wouldn't leave mine, he was there aswell and killed me over and over and over again. For clarification, I was Ivern and he was Lee Sin(Of course he spammed "ez" when they won and called me a noob) He was literally everywhere I went and I just couldn't farm while he somehow got all my farm AND his own while ganking his teammates. Of course I ended up being behind, even when I tried to gank, he showed up and killed me again. I ended up doing things I dont really want to mention to myself since it brought me down so much. How do I deal with enemies like that? Should I just give up? Of course you're free to tell me to go kill myself, everyone does it anyways and they are probably right :)
