For my main role in ranked i was trying to main yasuo and i was wondering if this was a good idea for solo queue before i invest too much time into him.Is he good enough of a champion that if u get good mechanically at him could get you placed in high elo? Because I have seen crazy yasuo players that can like 1v5 and yeah its honestly pretty impressive but are there alot of cons to this champion please let me know. thanks

nope, yasuo isnt worth it and there are no "crazy yasuo players who can 1v5" in the world. you can literally find videos of every champion being 4 levels and 3 items above their enemies and going 1v5 but that doesnt mean their champion can do that when even. no champion can do that.

also, yasuo isnt an "outplay" champion as the concept of "outplaying" doesnt exist in league and is another phrase for abusing enemies mistakes.

also, right now yasuo is in a completely useless state and since he probably wont be buffed again any time soon, he will stay like that. his only advantage to be used in duoQ/teamplay is that there are so many crazy knockup champions right now that he can get off his ultimate almost guaranteed with a gank or when ganking himself, but thats like, not enough reason to pick him.

There are a ton of cons to this champion and you can only play him as Mid and sometimes Top

He has a billion counters, is super vulnerable to ganks, and if you don't get farmed early, you're virtually useless. Even if you do get farmed, Yasuo's billion counters will still shut him down unless your team is very coordinated.

Better '1 trick ponies' would champs like Annie that can go in at least 3 different positions, have good base stats, are low risk, punish the enemy severely for mistakes, and can snowball easily.

He can be a good secondary counter pick (to make Lux and Ziggs players cry), but maining him?

Nah, you're better off searching for a different, more reliable champion.

He's an amazing champ once you get good with him, but that goes for most champs.

If you want to climb without having any morales, i'd suggest playing annie.

If you want to play a champion that you enjoy playing that can do well if you master them, learn a whole bunch of different match ups, polish your mechanics, and actually have fun during the game, yasuo's a great champ.

Any champion can for you as long as you enjoy playing him/her. Choosing by who is good/bad right now won't do you a favour if you hate playing the champ.

The biggest problem with it is that he's only strong in two lanes, which just so happen to be the most popular.

As far as his personal strength, he seems to be a feast or famine champ, either he is doing well and is getting fed and will carry the game, or he's worth 50g to the enemy team by the end of the game And probably easier to kill than Frank the Tank too.) He takes a lot of practice but in the right hands, he can carry hard.

He is really fun and strong, but he has a lot of counter play/ counter champions. It takes the entire enemy to counter pick him, but if they do its not too fun to play yasuo :(

naaah ... if you play yasuo you need to just be a lot better than the enemy or he wont let you do that much

if you want to gring him you will get to know him ... but that doesnt change the fact that he is limited
