Creating a ranked 5v5 team looking for players that are DEDICATED that will play almost every day

Hey guys im floppyfished and me and my friend killaqam are looking for people who are willing to create a ranked 5s or 3s team with us. We have had other teams before but people just never stay committed to it. We are looking for people who will play ALL the time with us and are trying to take the game seriously as well. We are currently around high silver low gold elo in solo queue. We dont have any specific role requirements, just whatever u like to play message me or tell me about it and well be glad to get back to you so we can play ASAP. We will create a completely new ranked team with a new name and everything and our goal is going to be to get it to a minimum of platinum by the end of the season , which should be very easily acheivable.
