TROLLS IN RANKED AS OF 12/13/16

I don't normally post anything, so please excuse the tone in voice. I was plat last season, plat 1 or 2 before I left on vacation in China, I ended up plat 5 before preseason to avoid queuing with smurfs and boosters. As of today, I have met a 1st time Camille in ranked, intentional feeder (as checked in match history at op.gg), and a smite fid that wanted to go bot as marksman. Naturally I either ignore these things or leave the champ select when I meet these people. However, to avoid the 30 min penalty (since I left the smite fiddle stick bot champ select) I was "pulled" into a game with OLAF ADC. The loss was inevitable, we lost at almost 20 (no surrender). This was the last push that made me send reports and post this. I know probably very little people are going to read this, but if there is a shred of hope that a rioter reads this and addresses to this problem, or respond to why this is happening it will put me at ease. As a suggestion, I know this might be dumb but I kinda wished there is no penalty for leaving champ select now. PEACE.
