League of Legends: Ranked being impacted by pre-season

For intros I am a season 1 player (I admit i'm bad) and I played ranked starting season 2 and only zealously in season 3 (ended in Bronze). From there I climbed my way out to what I am today; Gold 1. Prior to pre-season I occasionally have teams that rage, but they usually contain themselves until late game. Recently I noticed several things very off in the ranked today (a couple weeks since pre-season). After Playing a few ranked games (gold 1) I noticed my teammates were different, they behaved differently: their attitudes are awful, they refuse to cooperate, in fact almost everything about them were different since yesterday. I fear Gold (specifically Gold 1) has just became Bronze V-IV. It wasn't just their behaviors but their play-styles as well, the Plats keep spamming pings and rage hard especially in the beginning of the game, the Golds would chase endlessly ignoring objectives (especially impactful when they are priority targets), people don't understand pings (no it's not refusing to listen), sometimes they don't pay attention at all (had a game with 100 hp open nexus and all enemies dead, Syndra decides to farm bot; we lost). At least during season 5, ranked categorizes Bronze-Plat 4, correctly with their skill levels. This time, it seems as if they are only different names of the same division of gamers. Pre-season 6 is not only the worst and most chaotic, but the most impactful of all the pre-seasons I have witnessed. League of Legends changed, it isn't the same game anymore. I'm ready to quit, but I'll come back every so often until I find a better game to play.
