Thanks riot for good work with cooldowns on Ezreal abilities

Seriously, he need to have like +8 seconds on E and +4 seconds on W, so you really need to hit your Q to be able to escape the danger or just deal more damage with W. Sometimes while chasing he can use his E three times without hittin any Q, ofc late game, and this is NOT HEALTHY BEHAVOIR. This need to be shortened ONLY when Ezreal hit champion, or make Ezreal's Q 1 second of cds when he hit minion and 3 seconds when he hit champion + the changes with cooldown i writen right above, with enlarging ultimate cooldown. This is just sad that he abuses Cleptomancy, have extremly safe lane phase with two flashes, he is actualy so strong late game and he is so safe entire game.
