Current Aatrox state

I play Aatrox for so long. I remember every his change etc. I was a bit upset when it got reworked, but also i liked new gamestyle based on using Q on entire enemy team, i like new reviwe etc.

But honestly - currently this champ is so disguisting. I can even stomp Irelia, that should not really be possible. I used to play 7/10 games with Aatrox, now i play like 10% of games with Aatrox. This used to be really hard champion with absurdally hard lane phase, and this was fun. I felt really good on every lane i won, but now there is no satisfaction. Why do Riot buff champions that good, that their mains complain?
