Tryndamere

He's not even close to OP, BUT HE'S ANNOYING AS FUCK. You can't do anything but to defend towers from him, even though you know killing him is pointless. However, YOU HAVE TO DEFEND.

DAMN he's the only champion I want to delete in LOL.

Considering this is one of riot's founders champions I don't think he'll be going anywhere.

I want Ekko deleted. I can deal with Tryndamere. just ignite him while he ults and bam he's dead after. But Ekko is annoying as FUCK.

Tryndamere and Olaf really are pains in the butt to deal with.

Have you ever tried Nasus, Jax, Ryze + running exhaust vs him. Irelia and Gnar are far more annoying than him (+ they build tank )

Terff5 votes

The thing he hates about him isn't his damage. Its the fact that you have to stay top lane even if he's behind or else you lose 2 turrets and inhib.

There are many champions who can splitpush. Yesterday I played Jax top - never teamfighted or tped to dragon, just pushing towers whole game. Got solo 2 inhibs ( while they were fighting over dragons). Nasus, Fiora, Trundle, Yi, Jax, Rengar all can do it (and Nasus and Jax are way stronger than Trynda). Trynda can be annoying, if he runs summoner 6 (because you can't kite him after he ults) and summoner 12 , but it's jungler's fault for not punishing him for not taking summoner 4 . Most Tryndameres will take ignite and flash for the lvl 2 cheese kill, so if you know what is he doing, he is not dangerous.

It doesn't help when the person that can just splitpush all game also has a "DO NOT DIE" button slapped onto them.

And a Tryndamere that just wants to split push like an annoying **** will take teleport and abuse the aforementioned problem.

Rengar can splitpush and run like a bitch when they send people after him. Same with Shaco and Shen. Trynda will just die or kill someone. He is binary champion.

I can see what you are saying. Though I am not saying Trynda us OP or what, split pushing is his 90% gameplay. That's the problem.

Well, he can't do much. In Tf he will get exhausted, stunned, slowed, bursted, kited, generally useless. If Rito makes BKB for Lol melee ADC and smash keyboard champions like Katarina will become pretty much god tier and pros will play comps like protect the Master Yi vs protect the Katarina or something, because they will shit on ranged without being kited, stunned, rooted, slowed etc. Now you can't teamfight good with Yi or Trynda. Fiora and Yasuo can ult and then instapop, Gp can snipe with Q and ult ( and be useless). If you remove the splitpushing from Trynda, he is a 0.

That applies to all split pushers. :|

Twitch "Remember when I was released in the beta? Oh, how many Pentakills did I get in the first day? I can't remember, just Alistar screaming as his ult did nothing while him and his entire team died to my ultimate."

So far, nothing has been worse than Beta Twitch, even release Xin was tame compared to The Rat.

3TWarrior1 votes

what about release twisted fate? gave his entire team gold and I think it was 2d6 instead of 1

attack damage used to be more viable on him too and his ult was global

Nilok1 votes

Not quite, his gate was a normal ability, and his ult revealed sight of everyone. Back then he was annoying with his constant ganks, but he could still be dealt (ha) with quickly since he only had two abilities if you were paying attention.

Twitch on the other hand was straight up oppressive. Maybe because everyone was still learning the game we didn't know how to counter him well early, but his ability to simply show up and pentakill an entire team by himself from full, at range, and in less than 3 seconds was disturbing and so far, unrepeated.

Stardew VaIIey1 votes

Teemo And he can't farm, so he can't buy stuff, he can't push because of shrooms, he can't run away because of shrooms. you just have to auto him when he ults, the poison wil kill him. And you can spam the laugh.

Squarefighter1 votes

Quality post.

T RexHasTinyArms1 votes

Wait how are Teemo and Gangplank not the top of this list. Tryn is pretty strong at split pushing, and yeah he's annoying, but GP and Teemo are just as annoying, and could be argued to be less useful to the team. Tryn has a decent debuff and gap closer for team fights, plus he can dive the squishies while building damage bc of his ult (while it's annoying it gives him a spot in team fights that he can be useful). GP has no gap closer so he's kited in team fights and not great for team if he doesn't crush in lane, way more sustain in lane, immunity to CC, and ranged poke that applies dot and slow so less counter play in lane, and a global ult so he can get random assist gold, but in addition to being kiteable in team fights, he is also dependent on the team comp for his buff to be useful, so it's not even like tryn debuff which is always useful to the team. Teemo is great at split pushing, and annoyingly kite and dot in lane, but other than objective control and kiting from a losing team fight w/ his shrooms, his kit is limited to blind and burst on one opponent in team fight, and then hoping his low range AA don't get him caught and blown up while he is sticking around for team fight and not able to kite through his shrooms unless team works w/ that as a poke comp.

Not OP?

His W is probably the most broken ability to ever grace a duelist. 80 AD reduction is free trade wins.

Gragas Kennen Lissandra Lulu Rumble Ryze Singed Swain Teemo Vladimir AD reduction, you say? Should we care about that?

No.

Not even trying to be a dick but I only ever hear people in bronze and silver complaining about him. This season in ranked I've never even seen him once, and in all my normal games, I've maybe seen him 1-2 times in the past 100 games. And when I do see him, I wipe the floor with him using Nasus.

Baby Ghoul1 votes

He's pretty easy to go against even if you are squishy when you play/build against him correctly. His ult is is a pain though, and it's one of the things I hate in this game. I hope if he ever gets a rework, they look at that. However it's just one of those things you have to endure, not unlike a Teemo lane.

The only glaring problem with a Tryndamere lane is he can get way out of hand if he gets a kill. Whoever loses the lane loses it badly. If I get the kill, then I'll probably get boots and start roaming. I usually play high mobility champs though that are great at split pushing. If neither of you get that kill, then it will be an incredibly boring and drawn out lane. That is the annoying part of Trynadamere IMO.

It's important to try to get that kill pre 6, so if you feel you can't do it yourself, ask your jungler for help. Don't be surprised to see the enemy jungler in your lane earlier either. They're going to want Tryndamere fed early. He has a weak early game, so use it to your advantage. He has to push the wave, so punish him as much as possible. Avoid trading with him when his fury bar is high.

item 3047 item 3075 item 3143 These are great items against him. summoner 14 You need ignite also for after his ult duration.

YOU BEEN WARNED1 votes

You don't /need/ the ignite, it just helps a ton. Same for summoner 3, item 3075 , burst damage, mobility, CC.

I do believe a lot of champions should take Ignite because of his ult, and they should build Thornmail against him. It's very cheap for what it provides.

I do not play tank champions, and counter picking isn't always the right thing to do. If you feel like you have to play defensively because you are not a tank, building like that will help you win trades and get a kill.

lol, if he watches close, trynd can E across a monster camp kill 2 people within his ult's time limit, and run off or kill a third or the whole team

sometimes he is just annoying...his only weaknesses are hard crowd control and mobility

LICENSED HOOKER1 votes

Simple, play Rammus+item 3075 and just breathing in lane will kill him

qetzel1 votes

It is a team comp issue. You need a team that can deal with splitpush either by better splitpush or my favourite, tons of hard engage. If Tryn is off in the top lane taking your inner turret, you push the "go" button, crush the enemy in a 5v4 and take two or three turrets to their one.

At least, that is the theory. It is hard to make work in practice because most of your team mates' natural response will be "Bloody hell, Tryn is pushing, We need to back".

Sooko1 votes

Yeah, I hate Trynd too, but all you have to do is pick one of those "FU-team-singleplayer-mode-for-this-game" champions, which include, but are not reduced to: Jax Nasus Olaf Teemo

Even if you lose lane against him, these guys will stay on top lane as well, and since you started the game with the mentality of not leaving it anytime soon, being forced to stay there won't be much of a problem.

Or, if instead you care about your team (unlike the Tryn player), you can pick one of those "I'll crush your dreams of scoring a kill 1v1 once I finish my first defensive item" champions like Garen Malphite Maokai Poppy Rammus

YOU BEEN WARNED1 votes

Please don't suggest playing Maokai to anyone, that is too sadistic and too tryhard. This champion needs to be gutted back to his state pre-%hp damage on W when he was actually balanced.

Open the client before you click play, look at the new trynd skin caption. It's something along the lines of "You can't find his weakness, he only has immense power"

learn to counter pick you are only level 7 so there is so much more you can learn from this complex game :)

Demonsolder211 votes

Complex game HAHAHAHAHA!

Your a funny er man or woman. This game is by far one of the most simplest mobas out there.

Azteryz3 votes

thank you for your pretentious comment and its more complex to a level 7 than lvl 30s like us you realize that right?

Demonsolder211 votes

Im sorry but no before playing League I was into starcraft and DOTA. And let me tell you those games were far more complex than League. Anyways the point is that I was able to pick up the simple mechanics in League in just a short amount of time. However the only thing that didnt make any sense to me was the whole MMR thing.

tl;dr: Not everyone finds the game complex when they first start.

Azteryz1 votes

i never compared this to other moba games that wasnt my intentions but regardless for someone who hasnt had past expierences with other mobas you would find this complex in terms of there being a lot of factors wouldnt you agree? and its like what you said not everyone finds the game comples when they first start but that could be said about everygame

Demonsolder212 votes

Yeah you do make a solid point. The thing that scares me though is the fact that Riot does little to nothing in helping noobs understand league.

Azteryz2 votes

we went through hell when we started this game in terms of the community and lack of early level help so it would be nice if future players of this game got something better
