Bots in 3v3 mode

I was playing 3v3 game and I saw two people having and for their spell. And their play was horrible such as diving into the turret. It will be fine if our team and opponent's team had the same amount of bots, but the amount is usually different. Why would riot even put bots and they aren't even as good as bots in the AI mode. Recently, they've been choosing and and sometimes . I hope this gets fixed soon and can actually fight with real people.
