Tbh I gave a few friends that climed a lot higher in season 8 then the previous seasons. This complete damage creeped game makes climbing much easier as decision making is a less deciding factor. But bronze 5 to d4 is pretty hardcore.

Easy to find out, op.gg him. take a look at his champions and when his climb rate spiked. Boosters tend to have very obvious indicators.

Someone else on here already said it, but check OPgg look for a change in champs played or the keys summoner spells are on, say they played all sorts of champs but then "randomly" became a pantheon or some other snowballing champ OTP and went on a massive winstreak, these are clear signs of boosting.

HOWEVER, it is doubtful rito will do anything even if you provide proper evidence, IWD reported a booster who was a fizz OTP, but then midway thru S8 "they" switched their flash from F to D and started spamming pantheon and climbing, but riot never did anything.

How would you know he is bronze 5 and not just bronze? Sounds like some made up bullshit to me
