lag spike /game freeze every few minutes

this is unbearable, the game is just randomly freezing, it started yesterday and now it just won't stop doing it.

no it's not my memory usage or my CPU usage, it was around 30% and 20% respectively.

no it's not my specs, i have a i7 2.6 quadcore and a 1060 and 6gb memory, LoL is installed on a SSD drive so thats no the problem aswell.

no it's not a internet problem, 12ping, 109mb download speed and 10mb upload speed. it works fine with everything else, from youtube to netflix to dauntless.

its a problem on your end Riot, please fix it or at least put a notice about it on the game
