lag spike /game freeze every few minutes

the game just freezes every few seconds, and it makes it impossible to enjoy the game!

no it's not my cpu or memory usage, its at around 20% and 30% respectively

no it's not my set up, i have a i7 2.6, a 1060 6gb, 16gb of ram and Lol is installed on a SSD.

no it's not internet, i'm at 109mb download speed, 13 ping and 10mb upload speed, everything works fine, from netflix to youtube to dauntless.

it's a problem on your side, please fix it or at least put a notification about it on the game
