Teleport needs a nerf but this is the wrong way to do it

Why teleport needs a nerf --> Teleport needs a nerf because when Riot reduced death timers in the early game, even if you kill an opposing laner, they can easily get back into the game with teleport. Especially if you are running ignite. You won't have enough time to shove out the wave to the enemy tower before they respawn and teleport, forcing you to recall. Often times you would walk back into lane at level 2 and the enemy laner would be level 4 and you would be behind despite the fact that you got a kill. I know the boards dislike snowball but a person who got a kill should be ahead of the enemy laner. If you die in lane, you shouldn't be able to still win lane just because you took teleport in my opinion. Teleport should be a global map pressure tool, not a catch up and win lane tool. Teleport lets you get a sizeable xp advantage over the enemy laner that opts into something like ignite.

What is on PBE --> Cooldown increased from 300 ->360.

What makes more sense -> Lock out teleport for the first 5 to 8 min of the game so people can't just tp into lane after dying and getting an xp advantage while keeping teleport as the pressure tool it's supposed to be by letting people tp for teamfights or counter gank enemies. Also remove the nerf on teleport no longer having reduced tp timer if you cancel it .

Just a suggestion I hope Riot considers.

Why not make the cooldown decrease with champion level? That way you start with a high cooldown of 400 sec but have it lose 10 sec of cooldown with each champion. In the beginning you would have a difficult time using it effectively, but near the end of the game it becomes much more powerful and much more useful for map pressure.

They already did revert the teleport having a reduced timer if cancelled; but the timer is given 240 second cooldown instead of 200 when cancelled.

I feel like they should keep the base CD at 300 but remove the reduced timer when cancelled, given it goes on full cooldown when cancelled and starting but cancelling a teleport manually can prevent a fight (because the enemy team assumed you'd be a threat they'd have to worry about, so they disengage immediately)

Talon needs a nerf. Teleport needs buffs by comparison.
