Janna Shuts Down Everyone Too Well

Janna currently sits at a 54 % win rate and I think this is because she does her job too well. -She shuts down every assasin in the game -She is hard to gank with her movespeed, knock ups and knock backs -She peels too damn well -She has a very low skill floor and a very low skill cieling as her extend of mechanics is knowing when to press R, E, e.t.c -Low risk and very high reward

I would like to see her nerfed. Nothing to crazy, maybe just her E cd nerfed or something like that. I also think that itemization really favors her at the moment and ADC's having a hard time staying alive (ADC in 2017) other wise don't have a hard time staying alive. She is incredibly frustrating to play against and enourages a very passive and unfun play style.
