New champion releases

So, is there any chance Riot would make new champions unavailable for a week in ranked ? This might give people some time to learn and adapt, everytime a new champ is out the game experience is ruined by people picking it in ranked or threatening with feed and/or griefing for banning it.

Yes, i consider the fact some people might buy it and play it in ranked for the first time at any given moment, but this decision will definitely decrease some ammounts of griefing and increase the game experience overall.

No one plays blind because its a nightmare but in draft all new champs are banned for like a week if theyre underpowered and for a few months if they do alright (not bad but a little better than average) or until they get nerfed and the boards stop mentioning them. And if theyre op you wont see them until they get gutted.

So that week when a person starts to play a champ most likely theyre still 1st timing it

Yes, but i cannot sacrifice a ban to get rid of a new champ when that should be reserved for yasuo
