How do I win soloq?

I get that I'm not the best player in the world but it is damn near impossible to win some of these games when your bot lane goes 2/20 or someone just runs it down. The amount of "luck" I am having on finding the players that are trolls, flamers or just awful is extremely high. Did I do something to make riot mad and they put me into some type of Que that puts me in with ragers, people who consistently die 10+ times a game, and people who troll because they didn't get they're role. I'm getting really annoyed at this and want to know how I fix it because right now out of 5 games a day I get one game that isn't just completely awful. Maybe I just need to take like a week off from the game.
