Does anybody use cutdown this days, I mean in a lot of precision trees I see they( pro players and streamers) use coup de grace or last stand insted of cutdown. With this new 
which no longer gives that same passive like rune, cutdown will be useful against tanks, but in early game it will be still shitty. Any opinions?

I only use it when i am first or second pick, go assassin, and the other team is going to be tankier than me with Black Cleaver
I take it on Teemo top
only way ill ever go cut down is if they have 3 tanks on the enemy team (I play ADC) the last time I took it was like months ago since coup just is better choice like 95% of the time, I see 1 to maybe 2 tanks so coup is just more damage to put out
Cutdown might be useful in 8.11 with the removal of 
passive
