Riot's Balance team

Dear Riot

I love your game and when I say it I mean it. In last few patches I was thinking about your balance team. When I see OP champs get buffed, weak champs getting nerfed, almost DELETING MAGES FROM GAME, new items (such as Atma's Retardism or Spear of As*hole) and hundreds of reverted Ryze reworks, without even mentioning jg changes that will probably cause 40% of player base mental breakdown or stroke, or even heart attack, I told myself "Riot probably has one or two persons on their balance team with 5000 artists with 5 ideas each for making more Riven skins, or adding so much new shit and ideas to the game so balance team, if there is one, cant even make numbers for that so they dont have time for fixing other things". Btw this is not hate speech to the lovely balance team, but Riot needs to hire more employees to that team ( if there are like 200 members of balance team, then you are not lovely, listen more to low elo player base or at least at Diamond and higher ones ).

TL;DR Balance team sucks... P.S. get back him his original unique W back and everybody will be happy
