Am I getting bored of League?
I'm constantly finding myself logging into the client and just staring blankly, not able to find anyone I wanna play as...
Is this happening to anyone else?

started happening to me about a year ago. Same exact thing: Log in, stare blankly at the client, start a game (or just close the client after 10-15 minutes), look at the champs and just hate all of them.
For me it's because I think I got used to seeing all the same champs for so long, that they just got stale. It was no longer "Lux the blonde mage chick" it was now "Dodge her snare, Her Passive Proc hurts, Build MR." The champs were just statistics and abilities, not characters that feel fun playing. This also happened when I played a ton of ranked in a short amount of time..
I took a few days off of playing league, and then a few more, and then a few more. I didn't really feel like playing league. I played a couple small filler steam games, and eventually I got my motivation to play league again. (Kayn looked fun)
Taking a break, either a day to a week or more, can help to get your motivation back again.
