I got into my promo series a few days ago. I'm waiting to play them on a day off of work will I get kocked out of the series if I don't play in a certain amount of time?

They definitely do not expire in silver.
BUT that is super interesting. I bet they do decay in plat. (You don't have time limits until Plat).
