New Client Problems

Has anyone else has this problem where you're in champ select and you can't tell if it's your turn to ban or pick? See, with the Legacy client, the timers would be big enough for you to see immediately as you enter champ select and, right after "Declaring intent" phase, the client would pop up so you can pick/ban immediately (I have always found this nice and convenient). Also, the pick and ban buttons were in contrast to the background making them easier to see and recognize your turn to select a champion.

One more thing, the new client feels like it lags more than the old one. Which I don't understand because my pc might not be high-end but it's enough to run games like Skyrim and Civ 5 in high quality so what the hell?

Riot, I'm sure the LoL community isn't asking for a complicated world class, 3D client. Just something that a cleaner, less buggy, and more convenient one.
