Countering Sona
I've never really played against a Sona before, are there any tips going against her? I went against her for the first time and got rest.

Hard engage or poke/burst that is bigger than her's is her weaknesses.
Early on (1-5) she has trouble peeling for herself and her adc without blowing exhaust.
After 6 she can peel for herself or her adc with her ult, but after that she either needs to back off or try to burst you.
She's very weak to hard engage, so a strong Leona or a good Thresh (a great blitz is her worst nightmare too.) should hurt her.
She also has more trouble with ganks than most supports because it can be hard for her to land her ult on everyone if you position well.
naut support works agenst her
basically CC+Burst and a good jungler. or just sustain through her poke
Just kill her. She has shit damage, no mobility or cc and her mana costs are exorbitant all whilst being made of tissue paper. Any time she's in range, all-in her. She's the weakest support in the game, if you lose to her, that speaks only about your own skill or your lane partner's. Especially considering her < 40% winrate(< 35% in diamond+) without the crutch of artificial numbers. There's a reason she's the least-played support in professional play and has completely disappeared from the competitive scene as of patch 4.13 and later.
Sona doesn't exist.
If you're playing against Sona she already counter-picked herself.
