funky game

so i was playing when all of a sudden i get disconnected from game. so i try to reconnect but i cant. i just get sent to the main screen. there is no reconnect button to click its like i never even joined a game. but the game is still in progress when i check op.gg.

anyone no why it happened? or someone have a similar exp? i won't get leaverbuster right?
