LF people to play ranked flex with ( SERIOUS | BRONZE III - SILVER IV )

im sick and tired of playing solo queue

everytime i can get myself fed, or im doing ok at an individual effort, im losing no matter what. Nobody listens in text chat when i say to either group for objectives or push out lanes. It is taking a toll on me especially as a mid laner cause nobody listens in solo q, everyone wants to do their own thing and ultimately end up losing drags, baron, and turrets. I cant stand it anymore and it is time I find some people to play with that will actually play the game with people who have great communication ,leadership skills, and objective taking using your head. Id love to play some ranked flex with actual people who have brains.
