Silver IV Gangplank Main Looking to win games and play with serious people / ranked team

Hello! I am a Gangplank Main looking to play with serious people. i have been Solo Queuing with Gangplank lately but I have had difficulty cooperating with my premade teams. I can't seem to win any of my games lately and I think having a ranked team to cooperate and communicate with and people who want to win games would really benefit me and others as a whole.
