Games are getting so snowbally its disgusting

I fucking hate this season so far. 90% of the games i play don't go past 25 mins. You feed one lane? GG that guy is going to proceed to face fuck everything in his path until you surrender. Even the games i WIn dont even feel complete. Its not satisfying when they surrender at 23 mins and your about to get your 3rd item and groove on. Who in the hell implemented this idea to make games faster? It was fine before. Perfectly fine. Riot you guys seem to try to fix things that arent broken rather then fix the broken champs the roam the rift at the moment.
