Getting verbal abuse reports for no reason at all

So recently I had a rough patch of games in which I'd say 50% I deserved a report and the other 50% I probably did not. Regardless, I got a chat ban for 38 games and I toughed it out and adjusted my attitude and behavior. Now what I'm finding is that I'm getting reports all the the time for literally no good reason. I'll play really good and really stomp an enemy team, guess what "You're behavior is not in line with the summoner's code.....etc etc". I'll be playing a game where a member of the enemy team is completely trolling but they ask us to report members of their team who don't deserve it so I'll say "Just nunu I feel bad for kallista because laning alone bot is no fun" and guess what "You're behavior is not in line with the summoner's code....."

The tribunal system has been dead for a long time and it is currently run by bots and I would like to know how they scan the chat and what they look for because now I'm in a bracket where I've been identified as a toxic player so my reports mean more towards my future. I have adjusted my behavior but I am getting constantly reported by trolls who I have done no wrong to. Enemy team griefers who are upset with losing ranked.

I keep getting verbal abuse reports when I'm not abusing anybody in the game and now I'm scared that I am going to get my account banned for two infractions in a row. Can we please have some light shed on how the bots are determining who gets banned and who does not? IF they are merely scanning the chat and seeing if I posted anything then that's not right. I communicate a lot in chat and its mostly game related and now I even try to help my team stop raging and stay on point. I tell people not to blame others, we can do this, we're in this game.

I have adjusted my behavior but I continually get verbal abuse reports for no reason. :(

don't know why anyone downvoted this, it's a legitimate question and obviously not posted as a rant.

I just got another because the enemy team asked to report the vayne who we destroyed in lane 12/1/7 varus (me) and she says "you too pal". "You're behavior is not in line with the summoner code..." She's the platinum player too who is butthurt that a gold kid beats her. "what are ou gold/silverish? you suck" her words not mine.

Third one today for literally no reason. I guess I shouldnt use the chat at all even to help the enemy team w/ their reports. OH YEAH, i'll still get reported for wrecking my lane. Rito plz.
