Camera lock glitch over and over

At least one game a day this happens. I'll be in a game and I'll get frustrated with somebody who isn't paying attention to the mini map and spam the danger ping heavily. Then almost as if I'm getting punished, my camera will lock and there is no way to unlock it. I've tried so many things to unlock it (yes I know that the button has moved, this is a different problem). Clicking on the map does nothing, going into settings does nothing, nothing works but reconnecting. Once reconnected it's fine. As you can imagine, in ranked games this is SUPER RIDICULOUS. I have lost games being the fed person on my team and getting stuck in camera lock in major battles where my team needs me. A few times I have gotten it fixed in game by opening settings then closing settings and clicking the map. Somebody in game suggested this and it worked. It no longer works. I was in rank today, spammed ping, got locked had to go to lane because it was 1:50 and I was adc. Ended up giving first blood stuck in camera lock. Miraculously ended up carrying from a 0/5/0 start due to tilting a little, got a penta with jinx and ended 22/6/8 but that's cuz jinx is broken lmao.

Really would love some help on fixing this issue. Sure it's bad to spam pings but I'm trying to save teammates lives and if you spam danger pings people listen 75% of the time. I see things on the map they don't.
