Stack-able items

It would be fun but the old days must remain the old days simply due to how insanely stupid stacking is.

If you did not know:

Tiamat used to be a standalone item and used to stack with itself. It also used to work on both melee and ranged champions causing some super hilarious situations. The best abusers of the build were and due to their long stealth, Shaco's Backstab ability, and Twitch's Spray and Pray ability. You could 1 v 5 the enemy team and kill them all in less than 1-2 hits if they just so happen to be near one another or minions/monsters.
