Banning champs already picked

Is Riot ever gonna change this?I've seen over 10 times people troll in game going straight to the turret and suicide because someone else banned their pick at champions selection because he didn't like it,can't you just don't allow to ban a champion who is already picked.For sake there are kids 15 years old playing the game so logic is not an option here.And i know there is no chance to win after i'm watching them doing this,and if i go afk because i know i'm wasting my time playing while i have somone go and suicide Riot will ban me..Isn't that tragic??
