Ticket response time

I had a chat with someone from the support and he told me that he will make the chat in to a ticket and i asked him if it's gonna take a lot of time,he said no.My issue is that in game shop some items are missing after a power cut that i had the moment i tried to download the update of the client.Do you have any idea how long it will take for this issue?

It usually depends on the amount of tickets that they have. If they have a lot of tickets, it can take up to 48 hours for a response from a Behavioral Support Specialist. But as yours is not behavioral, you should have a response a bit faster. I would guess within 24 hours.

Honestly, you'd have more luck and it'd probably be faster to uninstall the game and reinstall it, or use the Hextech Repair Tool.

Ive has response times from 5 hours to 48. Usually lower than 24
